Meet Our Guest Speaker: Aliscia Brorman
Texas Girls & Boys Ranch is honored to welcome Aliscia Brorman as our featured guest speaker for this year’s Annual Gala.
An international best-selling author, keynote speaker, and child welfare advocate, Aliscia has transformed her personal journey into a powerful message of hope, resilience, and belonging. Having been adopted three times through the foster care system, she understands firsthand the challenges many children face and the profound impact that caring adults and supportive communities can have on a child’s future.
Today, Aliscia serves as co-founder of Full Circle, an organization dedicated to bringing together leaders, organizations, and communities to strengthen support for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
Her inspiring story has been shared on stages across the country alongside renowned voices, including Jane Seymour, and at national events such as the grand opening of the Jackie Robinson Museum. Through her work, she continues to encourage meaningful conversations that inspire lasting change for children and families.
At this year’s Annual Gala, Aliscia will share a message that reflects the heart of Texas Girls & Boys Ranch—that every child deserves hope, stability, and the opportunity to thrive when a community chooses to stand beside them.
