Post Adoption Services

Texas Girls & Boys Ranch is dedicated to providing comprehensive post-adoption support services to enrich the lives of adoptive families. With the assistance of grant funding, we strive to offer specialized services tailored to address the unique challenges experienced by adoptive families.

Who is considered for the program?

The program is open to anyone who has adopted or has permanent managing conservatorship (PMC) of a child, including kinship families that did not meet the criteria for post-adoption support services.

Types of Services Offered:

– Individual and Family Therapy
– Family Coaching
– Support Group for Caregivers, Adoptees, and Siblings
– TBRI Camp
– Referrals for Services

*Services are available at no cost to families who have adopted or have permanent managing conservatorship of a child.
