Goodbyes have been said to 2021 and another new year begins! In the cottages many other goodbyes were also said to kids who returned home to parents or went to adoptive placements. While it was sad to say goodbye, we are excited for new beginnings for those families.
For houseparents and staff, goodbyes are bittersweet, and clearly take their toll on our hearts. However, this is the work to which we are committed – to care for children for the season that the Lord entrusts them to us. Now as the new year begins, we will welcome new faces, new challenges, and new beginnings of our own. Thank you all for the prayers and support you graciously give to make this mission possible.
